Base Salary
$130k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer practices to map workflows end to end.
- Build and own integrations connecting Ascertain's agents to customer systems.
- Configure and extend the agent platform for each customer.
- Debug production issues across the full stack.
- Serve as the technical voice in customer conversations.
- Surface learnings to product and platform teams for reuse.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience shipping production code in a commercial engineering role.
- Fluent in Python and proficient with SQL, REST APIs, and a front-end framework.
- Experience delivering in environments with unspecified problems, such as startups or consulting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
