Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases with business teams.
Design, build, deploy, and scale AI services, including large-language-model and retrieval-augmented-generation solutions.
Deliver working AI solutions quickly and integrate them into business processes.
Own solutions from initial request through development and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external development partners and explain technical choices to stakeholders at all levels.
Help teams adopt AI and share effective AI practices across the organization.

Strong hands-on experience independently developing and deploying AI solutions.
Practical experience with Microsoft services, particularly Azure, and Anthropic’s Claude suite.
Knowledge of machine learning, large language models, retrieval augmented generation, and data engineering practices.
A relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles in an industrial setting.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Remote working from Prague or a 50/50 office arrangement in Hamburg.
Work from home up to 50% of the time.
