Responsibilities
- Develop backend features in .NET and maintain APIs.
- Assist with system integrations and write clean, testable code.
- Create unit tests with mentor support.
- Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, technical research, and automation while verifying generated solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, internal workshops, technical demos, and bug or log analysis.
- Collaborate with experienced developers and explain technical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial experience.
- Practical knowledge of C# and willingness to develop within the .NET and ASP.NET Core ecosystem.
- Hands-on backend development experience demonstrated through personal projects, GitHub, or commercial work.
- Basic understanding of Web API, Entity Framework, and databases.
- Working knowledge of Git and the ability to read and improve existing code.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or Gemini.
- Understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations, data security, privacy, and the need to verify results.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication, independence, curiosity, continuous-learning, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: an active GitHub profile or portfolio, basic SQL and database optimization knowledge, first experience writing unit tests, and interest in automation and productivity tools.
