Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations for enterprise customers.
- Partner with sales teams during the technical evaluation process to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support co-sell initiatives with strategic partners like AWS and Okta.
- Assist in customer integrations and technical evaluations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and requirements.
- Help transition successful pilots into signed customer engagements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role in enterprise software.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Experience leading proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations.
- Familiarity with identity, security, or infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
