Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on AI agents and applications for customer success.
- Scope and prioritize development tasks based on high-leverage opportunities.
- Consider customer perspectives when creating tools and experiences.
- Define success metrics and track outcomes post-launch.
- Understand business context to inform technical decisions.
- Select appropriate technologies and write maintainable code.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Security for reliable deployment.
- Drive user adoption through training and documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Proven track record of owning outcomes and prioritizing effectively.
- Strong product instincts to identify high-leverage opportunities.
- Obsession with customer experience and iterative feedback.
- Ability to reason about cost-to-serve and efficiency tradeoffs.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, preferably Python.
- Experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, including prompt engineering.
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
- Self-directed and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
