Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Own infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform.
- Design autoscaling strategies and scale infrastructure to support increasing traffic and workloads.
- Build internal developer tools and platforms that improve engineering velocity.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Plan capacity and optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization.
- Implement observability tooling including metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerts.
- Automate repetitive operational work, self-service tooling, and remediation workflows.
- Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and postmortems.
- Embed security and compliance requirements into infrastructure and deployment processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Experience building and maintaining production infrastructure.
- Deep familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Strong experience with Terraform.
- A proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
- A strong automation mindset and ability to identify manual work for automation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, including an interest in enabling other engineers.
