Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom software solutions and scalable data workflows.
- Design, debug, and optimize data integration and ETL pipelines for performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience designing and developing scalable data workflows.
- Familiarity with debugging and optimizing data pipelines.
- Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
