Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with Android and industry developments.
- Build great UX for millions of users.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to build complex features and products.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code.
- Analyze internal systems and processes for improvement.
- Share knowledge through tech talks and promote best practices.
- Identify, triage, debug, and resolve issues across applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience shipping large scale Android applications.
- Proficiency in Kotlin; Java experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with architecture paradigms like unidirectional and reactive programming.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and unit testing.
- Strong product sense with a focus on usability and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a low-ego team environment.
- Bonus: experience with side projects or open-source contributions.
