Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions integrating cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy infrastructure and platform environments and create architectural proofs to assess viability, security, and performance.
- Lead cloud infrastructure strategies focused on system reliability and scalability.
- Apply monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, and infrastructure automation practices.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, manage and mentor the team, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional cloud platform initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts and security best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, highly available systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
