Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of AI initiatives, including architecture design, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using modern AI technologies and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Optimize AI model performance through domain adaptation of third-party models and advanced algorithms.
- Build AI-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Design monitoring frameworks for application performance, user behavior, and product insights.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies and drive relevant adoption.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, share AI expertise, and influence engineering direction.
- Improve development, deployment, and operational processes for AI systems.
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Machine Learning and AI solution development experience.
- Strong experience with Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, FastAPI, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions across computer vision, Natural Language Processing, and Intelligent Document Processing or document analysis.
- Experience building AI agents and AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools, frameworks, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with .NET and C# technologies.
- Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Familiarity with LLMOps and AI model lifecycle management.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise-scale cloud environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI/ML applications.
- Experience with Tax, Accounting, Legal, or Financial domain products is preferred.
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams.
