Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of AI initiatives, including architecture design, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI/ML solutions using MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Build AI agents, intelligent automation solutions, and other AI-powered applications.
- Optimize third-party models and algorithms through techniques such as domain adaptation.
- Design monitoring frameworks for application performance, user behavior, and product insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Drive adoption of emerging AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
- Contribute technical leadership to architecture discussions and engineering direction.
- Improve development, deployment, and operational processes for AI systems.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on machine learning and AI solution development experience.
- Strong experience with Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, FastAPI, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Experience developing computer vision, natural language processing, document analysis, and intelligent document processing solutions.
- Experience building AI agents and AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools, frameworks, and deployment workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Preferred experience with .NET, C#, large language models, generative AI, RAG architectures, LLMOps, AI model lifecycle management, enterprise-scale cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with products in tax, accounting, legal, or financial domains is preferred.
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence is preferred.
