Responsibilities

  • Architect and design Appian applications for business process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain Appian Process Models, SAIL interfaces, integrations, Web APIs, reports, rules, and CDTs.
  • Participate in application design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and support.
  • Lead technical work, provide team support, communicate progress, and update managers and clients.
  • Maintain technical architecture, design documentation, unit test cases, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks and adherence to project quality protocols and EY policies.
  • Build technical assets and accelerators and participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide project status updates.
  • Develop productive working relationships with clients and onsite personnel.
  • Cross-skill and cross-train according to business requirements.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or Computer Science, or an MCA.
  • 4–7 years of experience with Big Four or panelled SI/ITeS companies.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3–4 end-to-end projects or implementations.
  • Experience with Appian Process Models, integrations, SAIL interfaces, Web APIs, and reporting.
  • Hands-on BPMS implementation experience covering process design, form design, rules, SAIL, and CDTs.
  • Understanding of BPMN, XML, XSD, Appian best practices, and relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL and knowledge of REST API integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Java/J2EE is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies and Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Technical Lead skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-lead capacity.
  • Appian BPM Developer certification at L1 and L2 is mandatory; L3 is an advantage.
