Base Salary
$92k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build features end-to-end across responsive accessible user interfaces and scalable backend services
- Use AI coding agents throughout planning, design, code analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, review, and refactoring
- Apply and evolve AI-driven development lifecycle practices and share learnings with the team
- Review, test, and harden AI-generated code for production quality, security, and maintainability
- Translate customer and business requirements into technical specifications and software
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams
- Design and develop maintainable, resilient, robust applications that scale
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
- Participate in code reviews, peer mentorship, and the on-call rotation
- Propose and build engineering initiatives and end-to-end features
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience building production software
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- Proficiency with AI-driven development techniques including task decomposition, specifications, prompts, context management, and critical evaluation of AI output
- Full-stack development experience with backend languages such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang and frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Experience with databases such as Postgres or MongoDB
- Strong learning ability, curiosity, communication, independence, and collaboration skills
