Base Salary
$92k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build features end-to-end across responsive, accessible user interfaces and scalable back-end services.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other AI coding agents across planning, design, implementation, testing, documentation, code review, and refactoring.
- Apply and evolve AI-driven development lifecycle practices, including spec-driven development, agentic workflows, and context and prompt engineering.
- Review, test, and harden AI-generated code for production quality, security, maintainability, and correctness.
- Translate customer and business requirements into technical specifications and software in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless experiences across devices.
- Design scalable, resilient, robust, and maintainable applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews, provide peer mentorship, and review AI-assisted contributions.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and propose and build new engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience building production software.
- Daily experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to write code.
- Proficiency in AI-driven development practices, including task decomposition, specification and prompt writing, context management, and critical evaluation of AI output for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Full-stack development experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with databases such as Postgres or MongoDB.
- Strong learning ability, curiosity, communication, and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
