Base Salary
$108k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own well-scoped features from implementation through production.
- Build full-stack applications with a strong focus on Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript frontend development.
- Develop backend services, APIs, MCP capabilities, and AI-powered product features involving LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Write maintainable production-ready code and apply unit, integration, or end-to-end testing strategies appropriate to change risk.
- Use AI coding tools as a core part of the daily development workflow while reviewing AI-generated code rigorously.
- Participate in planning, technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify risks, blockers, reliability issues, and opportunities to improve code quality and delivery practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping production web applications as a Software Engineer.
- Experience building full-stack applications, including backend services and APIs, with strong frontend experience in JavaScript or TypeScript and a component-based framework such as Vue, React, or Angular.
- Daily use of AI tools as part of the software development workflow.
- Ability to independently deliver well-scoped features in small, shippable increments.
- Experience applying unit, integration, or end-to-end testing strategies.
- Strong risk identification, independent execution, communication, collaboration, planning, technical discussion, and code review skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with Vue, TypeScript, large-scale datasets, LLM APIs, agents, Model Context Protocol, Go, GCP, feature flags, canary releases, and accessible web experiences.
