Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge technology domains such as AI.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones.
- Help position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a future spin-off.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and experience taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- High-agency builder mindset and drive to execute independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
