Base Salary
$140k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop full stack features using Ruby on Rails APIs and services on the back end and Angular applications on the front end.
- Build and maintain core platform services supporting Mobile, AI, Data, and other teams.
- Own features end to end from specification through production across multiple product domains.
- Diagnose and fix issues across the UI, API, and data layers.
- Provide architecture input and set technical direction as a senior individual contributor.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards.
- Manage development priorities and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Angular version 17 or later, ideally Angular 20.
- Ability to work across the full stack and multiple product areas with autonomy and comfort operating amid ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ownership of features from specification through production.
- Experience with fleet or scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools is a bonus.
- Experience with Semaphore or GitHub Actions is beneficial.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows using Cursor or CodeRabbit is beneficial.
