Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Design and implement scalable software components and optimize performance in complex systems.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Integrate front-office trading systems and related technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Trading Services Front Office.
- Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office.
- Experience with Shell Scripting, Fidessa Product Suite, and FIX Protocol is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
