Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review guidance to frontend development teams.
  • Drive frontend architecture and design decisions focused on scalability, performance, maintainability, accessibility, and security.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, Backend Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software through engineering best practices, coding standards, and automated testing.
  • Optimize application performance and user experience while implementing responsive, cross-browser-compatible solutions.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and work with microservices-based architectures in collaboration with backend teams.
  • Support cloud-native deployments and frontend hosting solutions in AWS and/or GCP environments.
  • Apply data structures and algorithms knowledge to solve technical challenges and improve application efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in frontend or web application development, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or Lead Developer role.
  • Strong experience with frontend architecture, system design, and modern JavaScript application development.
  • Proven experience building enterprise-scale applications with React.js and related frontend ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional development teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with modern frontend architecture patterns.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
