Base Salary
$300k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve ambiguous, cross-stack technical problems.
- Work across client and server systems to unblock high-priority initiatives.
- Drive measurable impact on critical growth and subscriber value initiatives.
- Act as a trusted agent of change within various teams.
- Partner with leadership to identify and address recurring product and technical opportunities.
- Set technical direction for high-risk projects.
Requirements
- Genuine full-stack expertise with the ability to work in unfamiliar systems.
- Proven track record of resolving unscoped, cross-team technical issues.
- Ability to influence change without formal authority.
- Strong senior technical judgment and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience in navigating integrated organizations is a plus.
- Prior experience in a fixer or SWAT-style role at scale is a plus.
