Base Salary
$300k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Diagnose ambiguous, cross-stack problems before prescribing fixes.
- Reason across client and server systems to unblock high-priority product initiatives.
- Work across iOS, Android, Go, and Scala platforms.
- Drive measurable impact on critical bets, initially focused on organic growth and subscriber value.
- Act as a trusted agent of change across teams and parts of the business.
- Partner with leadership and senior individual contributors to identify recurring product and technical opportunities.
- Set technical direction and bring stakeholders together on the company’s highest-risk work.
- Help drive change in newly integrated parts of the business, including work with Runna.
Requirements
- Genuine full-stack range and the ability to operate effectively in systems the candidate did not build.
- Track record of entering unscoped, cross-team technical problems and driving them to resolution.
- Ability to influence and drive change without formal authority.
- Senior technical judgment, including setting direction, earning leadership trust, and operating effectively in ambiguity.
- Experience navigating a recently acquired or integrated organization is a plus.
- Prior experience in a tiger-team, fixer, or SWAT-style role at scale is a plus.
