Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, testing, and operations of Salesforce products and enhancements.
- Implement Salesforce requirements across retail and investment management banking clients.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms to create a unified client ecosystem.
- Develop and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
- Create Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, flows, applications, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development standards, design patterns, platform-limit practices, and maintainable coding practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field; a master’s degree in software engineering is also listed.
- Relevant experience in Salesforce click and code development.
- Proficiency with Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Salesforce Flow, administration, and configuration.
- Experience designing, developing, unit testing, deploying, and integrating Salesforce applications.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD infrastructure, DevOps practices, Git, and Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, APIs, REST services, SQL, and SOQL.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce development life cycles, and Salesforce best practices.
- Experience with Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
- Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or related certifications are preferred or relevant.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English are required.
