Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered GTM agents for deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring.
- Translate go-to-market processes and business requirements into working technical systems.
- Architect and maintain GTM data infrastructure, including folder structures, file pipelines, and deal-context data feeds.
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Ops to deliver automation that reduces manual work and improves data quality.
- Develop reusable skills and agents for self-service QBR generation, forecasting, and deal review.
- Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data, especially Salesforce data, connector access, security, and scalability.
- Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and repeatable build patterns as the GTM engineering team grows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks, including shipping real AI-powered tools.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce data models, APIs, reporting, and permissions.
- Experience with Clay or similar data-enrichment and workflow-automation platforms.
- Ability to translate business processes into working technical systems with minimal hand-holding.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and broad ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical decisions and documenting work.
- Preferred: experience with Gong or similar conversation-intelligence platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar LLM tool-use frameworks.
- Preferred: experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.
- Preferred: experience building QBR automation, pipeline dashboards, or deal-review tooling.
