Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Maintain and improve software performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models is required.
- Experience with agent development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance.
- Familiarity with integrating software components and third-party services.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
