Responsibilities
- Own the technical customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
- Understand customers’ technical challenges and identify productive use cases for Devin.
- Build relationships with customer engineering teams to support integration and adoption.
- Lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and drive platform utilization.
- Implement customer-requested features and advocate for customer needs.
- Provide product insight and help shape the roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in an academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial setting.
- Self-directed, with the ability to prioritize without close management.
- Strong communication skills with senior engineers and executives.
- Tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or TypeScript is advantageous.
- Experience writing and debugging real software systems is advantageous.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or operating beyond a formal job description is advantageous.
