Responsibilities
- Deploy ACCO user interfaces, APIs, and AWS resources using OpenTofu Infrastructure as Code.
- Configure and deploy ACCO modules and flows within Amazon Connect environments.
- Assess and optimize DynamoDB implementations supporting ACCO functionality.
- Design tagging strategies, access control frameworks, attribute taxonomies, naming conventions, and configuration standards.
- Execute functional testing, validate deployments, and assess framework performance.
- Configure user access models and support access management processes.
- Integrate enterprise SSO solutions with identity providers.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and configuration synchronization across environments.
- Configure Amazon Connect telephony services, including DNIS setup and validation.
- Create sample queues, routing patterns, and telephony configurations for contact center use cases.
- Document deployment procedures, testing outcomes, operational processes, security requirements, and ongoing support needs.
Requirements
- Experience implementing and administering Amazon Connect solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
- Hands-on experience with OpenTofu or Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in AWS environments.
- Knowledge of identity management, SSO, and enterprise authentication integrations.
- Experience with access control frameworks, security standards, governance practices, configuration management, and environment promotion strategies.
- Understanding of contact center operations, routing, telephony, and DNIS implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or related certifications; large-scale Amazon Connect deployment experience; contact center modernization experience; regulated or enterprise environment experience; and knowledge of DevOps and cloud governance practices.
