Responsibilities

Integrate CRM, analytics, and BI data sources into a cohesive data layer.
Build and deploy AI agents for signal analysis, pricing, content/SEO, data classification, and tagging.
Develop dedicated read-only MCP servers that expose domain-specific data to agents and tools.
Design schemas, ETL processes, and synchronization mechanisms while maintaining data quality and consistency.
Contribute to agent-platform architecture covering routing, cost control, access policies, and LLM-call telemetry.
Design and build backend APIs connecting the data layer with agents and front-end applications.
Create user-facing business tools driven by data and agent-generated insights.
Maintain containerization, databases, monitoring, and observability infrastructure.
Document architectural decisions and maintain strict contracts between system layers.

Approximately two years of commercial backend development experience with Python.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI or a comparable modern web framework.
Good PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema design, query writing, and optimization.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Understanding of ETL, data synchronization, and maintaining consistency across systems.
Working knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
Practical LLM and prompt-writing experience, with an interest in agent-based systems.
Experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code and critically verifying their output.
Ability to write clear technical documentation.
Good communication skills and confidence working directly with client-side teams.
English proficiency at B2+ / Upper-Intermediate level for daily client communication.
Nice-to-have experience with Agno, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks; MCP; Next.js or React; observability and monitoring tools; CRM, analytics, or BI integrations; or enterprise and consulting projects.
