Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, development standards, scalability, performance, and code quality of custom software solutions.
- Deploy, configure, install, maintain, upgrade, patch, and refresh the on-premise 3DEXPERIENCE platform across DEV, TEST, QA, STAGING, and PROD environments.
- Manage Tomcat/TomEE, Apache/Reverse Proxy, ElasticSearch, index servers, file stores, databases, and related platform integrations.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot platform issues and logs, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure availability and stability.
- Support deployments and coordinate with development teams on configuration and customization movement.
- Administer user roles, access permissions, and license allocations according to organizational procedures.
- Manage environment migrations and Dassault Systems migration tools including EDAT, Transition Factory Tools, XPDM, and IMPALA.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, DBAs, and network and security teams while maintaining configuration and operational documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required, with at least 7 years of experience in Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5 stated in the additional requirements.
- Experience supporting or administering 3DEXPERIENCE PLM in an on-premises environment, including the stated 3–7 years of experience range.
- Proficiency with Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5 is required.
- Experience with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA customization is preferred.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering 3DEXPERIENCE On-Premise environments.
- Strong understanding of Tomcat/TomEE, Apache/Reverse Proxy, ElasticSearch, file stores, indexing, SQL/Oracle databases, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Experience with environment migrations, platform upgrades, troubleshooting logs, and performance issues.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps for deployment support.
- Experience managing on-premise servers, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, storage, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A 15-year full-time education qualification is required.
