Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4+ engineers and spearhead infrastructure engineering and SRE initiatives.
- Scale the cloud-native ecosystem and optimize AWS costs.
- Implement SRE practices and drive operational excellence through AI4Ops and automation.
- Own or govern ITSM processes, incident and problem management, automation governance, and operational analytics.
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Work with ServiceNow, cloud platforms, observability tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Process Lead candidates should have 8+ years of ITSM or IT Operations experience, including significant ITSM process ownership or governance experience.
- Automation Lead candidates should have 8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.
- Automation Engineer candidates should have 1–4 years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms, automation and scripting, Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and similar automation or DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring or observability tools.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation.
- Strong understanding of SRE, incident and problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics.
