Responsibilities
- Define and deliver agentic AI-powered Modern Workplace solutions using Copilot Studio agents, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, actions, and connectors.
- Advise on, configure, and extend Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio scenarios across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Advise on data governance, compliance, security requirements, and technical prerequisites for Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio deployments.
- Develop and configure Power Platform solutions and support preparatory governance activities.
- Automate business processes and customer requirements in complex enterprise environments using agentic AI, low-code, pro-code, and vibe-code approaches.
- Build, configure, operate, and continuously improve agents, flows, apps, and related service offerings.
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with professional experience in IT.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API, connectors, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 DLP and compliance is desirable.
- Technical and consulting affinity, strong business understanding, and the ability to define value cases and derive risks and KPIs for agentic AI solutions.
- Hands-on interest in building, configuring, and operating agents, flows, and apps.
- Fluent German and English, with English proficiency of at least C1.
