Responsibilities
- Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading companies while balancing technical solutions with client circumstances.
- Develop strategic IT implementation projects and help clients apply modern approaches and agile methods.
- Analyze client situations and market developments to create tailored, future-oriented customer journeys.
- Design and optimize enterprise IT architectures, custom software solutions, and digital solutions including cyber resilience.
- Use AI tools on client projects and support clients in building their own AI capabilities.
- Work effectively in interdisciplinary and global teams and travel as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant IT consulting experience.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools and motivation to deepen AI fluency.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in both German and English.
- Enthusiasm for complex digital challenges, solution development, interdisciplinary teamwork, and global contexts.
