Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage small development teams within strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern development and delivery practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT and enterprise architectures.
- Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Address technical requirements such as cyber resilience while working with legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Communicate complex technical topics in German and English and collaborate in global, interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, robotics, and modern IT architecture trends.
- Broad technical expertise and interest in emerging technology trends.
- Strong German and English communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and global teams.
