Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the conception and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions in SAP environments.
- Develop AI applications, intelligent assistants, and agentic AI solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform and integrate AI services into SAP landscapes.
- Develop and integrate LLMs, RAG solutions, AI agents, and APIs.
- Connect SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Datasphere, and SAP HANA Cloud with AI services and applications.
- Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Translate business and technical requirements into implementable AI solution concepts with customers and project teams.
- Support architecture, testing, deployment, and further development of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, data engineers, architects, customers, and interdisciplinary project teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, artificial intelligence, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, SAP technology, data, or artificial intelligence.
- Experience with SAP BTP and modern SAP system architectures.
- Very good Python programming skills and experience with APIs and cloud technologies.
- Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG; agentic AI experience is preferred.
- Experience with SAP AI Core, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP Joule is advantageous.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, LangChain, or comparable AI technologies and frameworks is advantageous.
- Understanding of security, data protection, permissions, and responsible AI in enterprise environments.
- Structured and analytical working approach, with enthusiasm for translating innovative technologies into customer solutions.
- Very good German and English skills.

Benefits
- Minimum annual gross salary of EUR 60,900 all-in for a full-time Senior Associate, with the actual salary depending on qualifications and experience.
- Annual salary increases are provided.
- Up to 20% travel is required.
