Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain Playwright test automation frameworks.
- Automate functional, regression, and integration test cases.
- Design and implement automated API tests for functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Test web UIs, APIs, web services, mobile applications, and Salesforce applications.
- Manage test data and generate comprehensive test reports.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and collaborate with development and QA teams.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in automation testing using Playwright.
- Experience with Playwright UI and API automation.
- Experience with automation tools such as Playwright and Cucumber.
- Programming experience with Java and JavaScript or similar; the role also references TypeScript.
- Experience with REST Assured and Karate for API test automation.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Postgres and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda for test automation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
