Responsibilities
- Maintain existing and implement new build pipelines using continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices.
- Automate manual tasks related to code deployment and data management.
- Contribute to managing cloud infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code scripting.
- Manage, debug, and operate the Kubernetes fleet.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on the engineering roadmap.
- Triage and resolve or escalate production incidents.
- Maintain documentation for tooling and procedures and contribute improvement ideas.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production experience in infrastructure automation and application deployments.
- Production experience with Azure or another major cloud provider.
- Production experience managing Kubernetes and building Docker images.
- Experience working with infrastructure as code and proficiency in Git.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Ability to work semi-independently, provide progress updates, think through problems carefully, and contribute constructive alternatives.
- Preferred experience deploying and maintaining high-volume web services.
- Preferred experience with the listed infrastructure tooling, Unity, Android, Xcode, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Windows, Linux, C#, Golang, or PowerShell.
- Applicants may be expected to complete a technical test during the interview process.
