Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and maintain reliable, efficient operation of software components.

- Document findings and solutions to support team knowledge sharing.

- Analyze and optimize Salesforce workflows and automation processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem integration techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques for Salesforce environments.
- Ability to work independently, contribute to team discussions, and become a subject matter expert.
