Responsibilities
- Design and build internal platform capabilities for application development, deployment, and operations.
- Establish enterprise technical standards and architecture patterns for infrastructure, platforms, and development environments.
- Develop and maintain DevSecOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines for secure, automated software delivery.
- Design and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, on-premises, and edge environments.
- Engineer and manage compute, storage, virtualization, networking, endpoint, and collaboration platforms.
- Build and operate infrastructure-as-code capabilities for standardized provisioning and configuration.
- Implement platform hardening, security boundaries, baseline configurations, segmentation, and zero trust approaches.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle operations, including provisioning, upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, automation, and operational tooling.
- Collaborate with security, architecture, and product engineering teams to support secure, compliant, and reliable application delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing and operating modern infrastructure and platform environments.
- Experience building and maintaining DevOps or DevSecOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, segmentation, and secure connectivity.
- Experience managing compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure services.
- Familiarity with automation, configuration management, and platform observability tools.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including version control, automation, and operational reliability.
- Preferred experience designing internal developer platforms or platform engineering capabilities.
- Preferred familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, technical standardization, DevSecOps security scanning, policy enforcement, zero trust networking, identity-aware infrastructure, and secure platform architectures.
- Preferred experience supporting regulated or security-sensitive environments and cloud-native or hybrid enterprise environments.
