Base Salary
$159k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized C3 AI Platform installations for Federal customers.
- Maximize system uptime and availability while meeting functional and performance SLAs.
- Establish monitoring and alerting for critical system components.
- Resolve complex critical-service problems and build automation to prevent recurrence.
- Lead scripting and automation for system updates and upgrades.
- Set up infrastructure, tools, and frameworks to streamline deployments.
- Collaborate with Services and Engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites up to 50%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a comparable area of study.
- U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Security Secret clearance or higher; Top Secret is preferred.
- Experience deploying, managing, and operating scalable, fault-tolerant Kubernetes-based infrastructure in AWS and Azure; on-premises experience is preferred.
- Expertise in Linux operating systems, networking, and database concepts.
- Expertise with cloud providers including Amazon Web Services, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Experience with Ruby, Bash, or Python for system automation and monitoring.
- Experience supporting commercial SaaS solutions as a DevOps engineer or systems administrator.
- Customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
