Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, test, and optimize custom software components and applications using generative AI.
- Design and implement AI-driven software solutions that leverage generative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to make technical and team decisions.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement software quality and delivery best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate software development activities with stakeholders and business objectives.
- Apply modern software development frameworks, deployment strategies, and iterative development practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in generative AI.
- Proficiency in generative AI and experience designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions using generative models.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and software engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies for scalable AI applications.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing AI-based software components.
- 15 years of full-time education.
