Base Salary
$185k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Truework’s mortgage information platform
- Solve problems independently and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal or high-level oversight
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify product requirements and ship impactful features
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders to design and architect features
- Validate customer needs, gain team buy-in, and ship rapid MVPs
- Instrument and deploy product experiments using a data-driven approach
- Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure software
- Monitor, investigate, triage, and resolve production issues for team-owned services
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or training
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript or similar languages and frameworks
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Strong ownership from feature design through production release
- Willingness to collaborate with external stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, improve, and innovate
