Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom AI agents, Generative AI applications, and AI-powered automation for client business requirements.
- Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and LLM integrations.
- Develop, test, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, upgrade, and enhance AI solutions across development and production environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business processes.
- Provide production support, including monitoring, performance optimization, and incident resolution.
- Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and technologies and recommend solutions for client projects.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client projects in an IT consulting or client-facing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience, with hands-on Generative AI/LLM development strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM applications, AI agents, multi-step workflows, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
- Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, including document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and context management.
- Strong prompt-engineering skills, including prompt optimization, structured outputs, few-shot prompting, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or AWS Bedrock.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI application testing, model selection, token and cost optimization, latency, and scalability.
- Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business processes.
- Knowledge of AI security considerations, including prompt injection, data privacy, PII protection, access control, and responsible AI.
- Strong programming experience in Python; Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# is a plus.
- Experience developing REST APIs, backend services, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting applications in production.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Korean bilingual fluency is mandatory.
- Experience in an IT consulting or client-facing environment is highly desirable.
Benefits
- Salary up to $10,043.48 per month, depending on experience.
- One-year contract period, renewable.
