Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Develop scalable APIs and services for AI-driven workflows.
- Create intuitive, high-performance interfaces for developer tools.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI models into product experiences.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and iteration.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability across the stack.
- Contribute through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern web development practices.
- Strong experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP, containers, CI/CD, and observability.
- Strong fundamentals in testing, code quality, and version control.
- Strong experience using development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, along with familiarity with various AI models and their strengths and limitations.
- A product mindset focused on user experience, iteration speed, and pragmatic decisions.
- Bonus: experience with developer tools or code-centric systems, LLMs or AI product integrations, real-time systems, collaborative tools, rich editors, open source, or technical communities.
