Base Salary
$214k - $281k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and operational excellence of a vertical.
- Align engineers on a common technical strategy.
- Stay current on industry standards and new technologies.
- Write high-quality code that is understandable by all engineers.
- Influence technical tradeoff decisions within the vertical.
- Drive best practices in operational excellence and security.
- Mentor and coach engineers to improve their technical skills.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for software support.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building AI solutions and agent platforms.
- Expertise in designing complex, highly integrated systems.
- Experience with scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Ability to influence technical decisions in large engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of complex data structures and algorithms.
- Expert knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles.
- Experience making pragmatic tradeoff decisions.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Java or Python.
