Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and scale production services for the Adaptive Email Data Loss Prevention platform.
- Improve service scalability, reliability, security, and data-handling practices.
- Enhance the Microsoft 365 Outlook add-in across desktop and web experiences on Windows and Mac.
- Use production and product data to guide product and engineering decisions.
- Ship code continuously through CI/CD and help harden the Human Security Layer.
- Work independently on simpler problems and collaborate with senior and staff engineers on complex issues.
Requirements
- Production experience building and running services in Python.
- Experience with AWS and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code.
- Sound technical judgment and a security-first mindset.
- JavaScript or React experience is desirable.
- Experience with data and infrastructure at scale is desirable.
