Responsibilities
- Design agent architectures for steerable and verifiable AI agents.
- Develop retrieval systems to ground answers in customer knowledge bases.
- Measure and improve agent quality through evaluations.
- Create lifelike conversational experiences for chat agents over the phone.
- Craft a simulation platform to test AI agents against real-world scenarios.
- Build intuitive, no-code tools for guiding and testing AI agents.
- Adapt software development methodologies for AI agents' unique behaviors.
- Accelerate agent creation using generative tools and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience in building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for AI products and high motivation to drive outcomes.
