Base Salary
$175k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary application support partner for Payroll and HR.
- Execute ongoing system configuration changes and participate in Agile sprint development.
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions for Workday configuration and integrations.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical designs.
- Maintain and develop Workday documentation and training materials.
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure reliable connectivity between Workday and external systems.
- Apply software engineering best practices to improve system reliability.
- Optimize and automate business processes related to Payroll and Security.
- Partner with Compliance and Information Security to meet data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and architectural improvements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Workday HCM experience with expertise in Payroll, Security, and integrations.
- Software engineering background with the ability to design and support complex workflows.
- Deep functional understanding of Workday Payroll, including compliance and tax setup.
- Strong expertise in Workday integrations and security, including EIBs and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Workday modules such as Compensation and Time Tracking.
- Proven experience architecting end-to-end solutions across Workday and downstream systems.
- Expertise in report writing and EIB uploads to optimize business processes.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
