Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tooling for measuring service and feature reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system behaviors.
- Create and execute test and SLO plans to verify system operations.
- Maintain production testing infrastructure and availability reporting.
- Drive improvements in software development testing processes.
- Communicate effectively with engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a software engineer or similar role.
- Programming experience with Go, Rust, or Python.
- Experience designing and maintaining secure distributed systems.
- Ability to document and execute test cases and scripts.
- Experience with uptime metrics like SLOs/SLIs.
