Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms with reusable Helm templates and developer self-service.
- Own deployment pipeline reliability, cost, and speed, including automated release gates, secure secret architectures, and vulnerability scanning.
- Build custom internal tools to extend platform capabilities and standardize shared environments.
- Maintain distributed tracing, logging, and metrics systems.
- Guide development teams on service instrumentation and defining SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
- Advise development teams on system architecture, resource optimization, and traffic routing patterns.
- Mentor engineering teams on cloud-native best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering supporting high-load distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud patterns, multi-region architectures, and cloud cost optimization.
- Production-grade Kubernetes administration, including advanced scheduling, network isolation, and complex Helm templating.
- Deep Linux administration and cross-stack troubleshooting experience.
- Experience configuring L4/L7 traffic layers, including load balancers, ingress, API gateways, and service meshes.
- Mastery of declarative infrastructure as code and proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Ability to independently gather requirements, set delivery goals, and build maintainable solutions.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency and Russian proficiency at B1 or above.
- Practical experience scaling infrastructure for AI-powered applications, LLM frameworks, or MLOps pipelines is preferred.
