Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of organization-wide DevSecOps standards and secure development workflows.
- Define and enhance CI/CD security policies across the application lifecycle.
- Develop internal tooling and platform services to improve observability, auditability, and operational resilience.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and enablement for secure engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of software development experience, preferably using Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Preferred: cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
- Preferred: experience with container runtime security, vulnerability management, secure systems configuration, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot, Django, or front-end frameworks.
