Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize backend systems in the Web3 security domain for performance, availability, reliability, and scalability
- Maintain, migrate, and upgrade backend and security service systems to improve quality and stability
- Design and implement new services and technical solutions from business and security requirements
- Collaborate with specialist and operations teams to improve security systems, automated tools, threat detection, and operational efficiency
- Work with analysts and data teams on data collection, cleaning, modeling, and analysis for security use cases
- Design and implement backend and big data workflows for Web3 security and security control scenarios
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and global teams to support project execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in blockchain, Web3 security, anti-fraud, risk control, or related domains
- Experience designing and delivering complex backend systems in large-scale, high-concurrency, or data-intensive environments
- Proficiency with Java, especially Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and common NoSQL databases, with backend service development and optimization experience
- Familiarity with distributed systems and middleware technologies such as distributed caching, message queues, service discovery, and configuration management
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, or Elasticsearch
- Experience with data collection, cleaning, and real-time or batch processing
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and learning skills
- Knowledge of blockchain and on-chain data is desirable
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is desirable
- Experience tuning JVM, SQL, or RPC performance is desirable
- Fluency in English is desirable
