Responsibilities
- Build and set up development tools and infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Document and maintain development and deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize software delivery workflow performance.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team discussions.
- Share knowledge and best practices with junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of container orchestration technologies and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software delivery workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
