Responsibilities
- Deliver robust, high-traffic cloud services from inception through full operation.
- Implement infrastructure for a 12-factor, containerized microservice platform.
- Develop cloud-focused tooling that enables technology teams to apply cloud services.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams on enterprise standards and governance.
- Organize tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3.6 to 6 years of increasingly complex related experience.
- In-depth experience running distributed systems in public cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Istio, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Programming experience with Python, Go, or Bash.
- Comfort with the Linux command line and familiarity with Linux system administration, networking, and load balancing concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD automation using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate integrity, ethics, accountability, innovation, teamwork, and customer focus.
