Base Salary
$250k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build product surfaces for creating, running, and supervising AI agents used in insurance workflows.
- Develop agent authoring tools, chat assistants, human-in-the-loop supervision, and multimodal document, voice, and web experiences.
- Own features end to end from ideation through launch across the React/TypeScript front end and Python back end.
- Design interfaces for long-running agents, trustworthy results, and handoffs between agents and people.
- Set the quality and product taste bar and mentor other team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building production full-stack software and shipping customer-facing products.
- Strong full-stack skills with React/TypeScript on the front end and Python on the back end.
- Strong product and UX judgment, clear communication, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped features.
- High drive, grit, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.
- Experience building LLM or agent features in production, B2B SaaS, or 0-to-1 and early-stage products is a bonus.
